Ijevan Arboretum - Green Symphony

Ijevan Arboretum is located in the village of Ijevan, Tavush region. It is located on the right bank of the Akhstev River, on the site of an old bed covered with a layer of soil.

There are 650 trees and shrubs in the arboretum. There are plants from almost every continent.

The arboretum was founded in 1962 by Lyudvig Sayadian. The Arboretum is home to the world's only beech trail, giant wormwood, wild lemons, and wild apple trees. The director of the Arboretum is Mehak Sayadyan, son of Lyudvig Sayadyan.
