Public Contract


The mentioned conditions and provisions are basis for the services provided by the “Global Colibri” LLC (hereafter “we”, “us”, “our”). Please, read carefully, because your rights and your responsibilities are defined by this document. By confirming you purchase we assume that you have already read and agreed to all the conditions and provisions. This document enters info force since the moment when the consumer (hereafter “you”, “your”) fills in his/her personal data according to signing form making purchase.

Coordinator - “Global Colibri” limited liability company, which represents joined platform of internet bookings, where costumers can receive information on travel and related spheres’ services and their engaged people (tour guide, cook, driver, etc.), make online full or voucher purchase. Coordinator partners can represent full information on their services in different forms using the tools provided.

Informational partner - an organization or an individual expanding activity in the sphere of tourism or in a related sphere, who signs up in the platform and represents its services without making purchase.

Commercial partner an organization or an individual expanding activity in the sphere of tourism or in a related sphere, represents and sells its services fully by selling voucher and by auction.

Costumer - physical or legal entity, who uses bank card or other electronic payment system and fills in booking form, uses the platform for buying offered tourism services fully, by buying voucher or auction.

Joined tourism platform (hereafter platform) - Webpage which is available by www.bidfortrip.com address, and collects information on tourism or related sphere services. On the platform costumers can: make in full purchase of services, buy voucher, participate in auctions by offering the reasonable price offered by them. The platform provides with opportunities of sharing information on tourism product, increasing the brand awareness, and making service sales to the commercial partner.

Booking voucher (voucher) - Ability to book service/ or use the service provided by the commercial partner on the platform at a discount.

QR code -  Encrypted image sent to customer's email after confirmation of purchase of full service on the platform or voucher. Generated individual/unrepeatable QR code is the ticket of the costumer. The commercial partner, by scanning the customer-provided (electronic or printed) QR code, provides the service/or access/entry.

Full purchase of service - Transfer of funds corresponding to the cost of the service from the customer's account to the coordinator's account after providing reliable information about the preferred service and on the platform, through the following tools: Payment by bank card, electronic payment systems, bank transfer or terminal.

Booking voucher purchase - Transfer of funds in accordance with the value of the service voucher from the customer's account to the coordinator's account after providing reliable information about the preferred service on the platform through the following tools: Payment by bank card, electronic payment systems, bank transfer or terminal.

Voucher validity terms - The period during which the customer can use the voucher purchased by him. Auction – online auction, during which the costumer offers her/his preferred reasonable price and buys that service at an unprecedented low price.

Auction period - The period of the auction bid of the service by the customer to the commercial partner.

BID - Price offer represented by the costumer during the auction.

Winner of the auction - Preferred, winning price offer by the trading partner or customer/customers making price offers.

Confirmation of Auction Service Purchase - Transfer of funds corresponding to the winning auction value offered after providing reliable information about the preferred service on the platform from the customer's account to the coordinator's account through the following tool. Payment by bank card, electronic payment systems, bank transfer or terminal.

By posting in the appropriate place, you agree that any breach of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement may result in:

  • Cancellation of the purchase of full purchase or voucher and money charging
  • Debit your account for any costs incurred as a result of any breach

You represent and guarantee that

  • Your age corresponds to using our services and website (14+ years old)
  • You are legally authorized to act, to act on behalf of other persons, to accept these terms and conditions on their behalf
  • The information provided by you or your group members is reliable
  • You are responsible for informing your group members of all the terms and conditions applicable to their bookings.

Payment method

The coordinator provides the client with three payment options

1․ Complete online shopping

The customer can book the preferred services and pay through online payment systems. VISA and Master bank cards are now applicable, as well as ArCa and PayPal payment systems. The starting currency for all services is AMD,, all foreign exchange will be carried out at the exchange rate set by the Central Bank of Armenia on the given day․

2․ Purchase of reservation voucher

The customer can book the preferred services and pay for the booking voucher through online payment systems. In case of purchasing a booking voucher, the customer pays the rest of the amount to the service provider in cash or by payment cards. In case of cancellation, the amount of the booking voucher is not refundable, but it can be used for another day or another service. When purchasing the voucher, the bank card / wallet entered by the customer is attached / stored in the domain of the Coordinator's partner bank. In case of violation of the terms of free cancellation or failure to appear without notice during the cancellation of the service, the Coordinator (platform) has the right to charge the amount of the relevant penalty from the attached card / wallet. The customer cannot exchange the attached card with another one until the date of the last purchased service. The Customer can then remove the card from the Coordinator platform. 3․ Purchasing service through auctions

The customer can offer his preferred price for the given services. By participating in the auction, the customer gives his consent to collect the amount offered from the bank card / wallet. At the end of the auction, in case of confirmation of the offered price, the customer receives a confirmation email. In case of rejection, the funds will be returned to the user's bank account / wallet. VISA and Master bank cards are now applicable, as well as ArCa and PayPal payment systems. The starting currency for all services is AMD,, all foreign exchange will be carried out at the exchange rate set by the Central Bank of Armenia on the given day

Purchase of tourist pass

The tourist pass presented on the Coordinator platform can be obtained by the customer only through a complete purchase. The Coordinator has the right to make changes to the services offered by the partners included in the cards, offering similar services to the client.

Purchase and cancellation policy

The policy of purchasing or canceling the services presented on the platform is defined by the commercial partner, taking into account the general form (standards) proposed by the Coordinator. The developed policy is posted on the service page.

Procedure for providing services

The customer arrives at the office of the commercial partner or the starting point of the service on the day of service provision, having the purchase receipt with him in electronic or printed version. The commercial partner, in case of complete purchase, checks the data and provides the service. And in case of purchasing a voucher, charges the rest of the service fee and provides the purchased service.

Cancellation procedure and Refund

The service can be cancelled by both sides – by the costumer and by the commercial partner. Not confirmation by the commercial parent is not considered as cancellation. Refund is being done online by transferring appropriate money to your bank account or electronic wallet.

Cancellation of Service purchase by costumer

The commercial partner undertakes to enter cancellation policy acceptable to him/her on the service page uploaded by him/her in the intended place and by the developed form. Cancellation of any service is performed from the customer control panel by clicking the "Cancellation" button. The process of changing the service is carried out by the official e-mail of the Coordinator by sending an email. During the cancellation, the day and time are fixed according to the buyer's time zone, the beginning of the service defined by the service provider, as well as an electronic notification is sent to the buyer and the service provider. Fixed information is used to calculate the time limits for refunds, in accordance with the established procedure, to confirm the amount to be refunded. Services purchased through auctions are not subject to cancellation. When purchasing a booking voucher, the bank card/wallet entered by the customer is attached / stored in the domain of the Coordinator partner bank. In case of violation of the terms of free cancellation of the service or failure to appear without the consent of the service provider, the Coordinator (platform) has the right to charge the attached card / wallet in the amount of the appropriate penalty.

Cancellation of service purchase by the partner

In case of unfavorable weather, road problems or other force majeure emergencies, the Commercial Partner has the right to change or cancel the services provided by providing another adequate service or compensation according to the agreement reached between the customer and the partner.

Confidentiality of personal data

Coordinator takes technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or destruction. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the current RA Data Protection legislation ("Law on Privacy"). The information on your payment card provided by you to the bank is confidential and is being used only for one-time charge of relevant funds in case of penalties provided by the cancellation policy of the given service. The commercial partner after providing the information gives right to the Coordinator for in order to do marketing analysis and increase the brand awareness use the information using social networks, search engines and other resources of digital advertising. The data entered by you can be developed or changes in case of your agreement.

Final provisions

This document is signed contract between the Coordinator and the Costumer. In case of issues, the contract on the site will serve as a basis. In case of a point absence in the contract, the coordinator-client relationship is regulated by the RA legislation. In case of problems, the parties will try to resolve them through negotiations, otherwise they will be resolved in accordance with the RA legislation. The invalidation of any clause in this agreement by a court shall not lead to the invalidity of any other clause in the contract. At the time of purchasing the service, the customer agrees to all the points mentioned in this contract. In case of cancellation of the contract between the coordinator and the commercial partner, the information on the services provided by the commercial partner is being removed from the platform, and the purchases made before that are considered valid. In case of termination of the commercial partner's activity, the commercial partner notifies the coordinator at least 10 (ten) days in advance, the information about the provided services is removed from the platform, and the purchases made before that are compensated or replaced by other services according to the customer's wish. The coordinator has the right to terminate the service process due to insurmountable circumstances (force majeure situation). Due to insurmountable circumstances (force majeure situation), it is possible to terminate the website without notifying the commercial partner. By using the services of "Global Colibri" LLC, you agree to the above terms.
