Our guest house - Apple Tree Family House ECO is located in the Shirak region of the most delicious, smartest, most hospitable, uniquely beautiful, rich in historical and cultural monuments of the Republic of Armenia. The location of the guest house is in Dzorakap village of Ani community, which is famous for its wonderful inhabitants with excellent geographical location. It is located right next to the north-south section of the M1 national-Yerevan road of Republican significance, on the slope of a long beautiful mountain. Cut off from the urban noise, in this small corner of nature, everything is extremely ecologically clean and well-groomed. Our guest house is a complete complex in line with modern standards in the color of the village, fully fenced in a 4,000 square meter orchard (surrounded by about 500 fruit trees), which in turn provides a unique paradise environment. The guest house consists of 5 separate family apartments, each with separate entrances for 2, 4, 6 + 2, 8 + 2 և 12 + 2 persons. Each apartment includes bedrooms, living room, bathroom with all the necessary utensils, and kitchen with all the necessary items and accessories, free Internet connection and digital TVs. Both interior and exterior design of each apartment has individual, unique, unique approaches that are warm and welcoming. In the paradise courtyard of the guest house we have two swimming pools for adults and children, pavilions built with unique solutions, swings placed in different parts of the park, benches, reading tables, tea tables and children's playground. Our guest house also has a game room, a garage for 4 cars, an Apple Tree Eco Food, a salon with a combination of antiques made exclusively for ecologically clean rural food, a library, where master classes are regularly held.

The regional center of the Shirak region of Armenia, the city of Gyumri, is the second largest in the Republic. Gyumri "Shirak" airport is about 5 km away from the city. It is an airport of local significance, serving such destinations as Moscow, Rostov-on-Don, Sochi, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Athens and German Semingen.

Purchase policy
You can purchase this service in full or book it for a small fee (booking voucher). If you purchase a booking voucher, you pay the rest of the cost of the service of your choice on the spot before providing the service. Please, read carefully about the service information and if necessary, take with you your passport or other identification document (ex. Driving license) and wear appropriate clothes (if it is mentioned on the page of the service). The purchase or booking should be done at least 48 hours in advance. In case of reservations made after that, complications may arise during the organization of the service, and the amount of the reserved service during that period is not refundable, unless otherwise provided in the cancellation policy. You will receive the final confirmation or non-confirmation of the service you purchased by e-mail. Please be careful and arrive in hotel / guesthouse / hostel / resort only in case of final confirmation. If you made the purchase more than 10 days before the date of service, the confirmation or non-confirmation letter will be sent to you 72 hours before the day of service.
Attention: The booking voucher is for one-time use of the service you purchased.
In order to use the service, in case of purchasing both full and booking vouchers, it is necessary to submit the purchase receipt electronically or in print (QR code).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation can be made only in case of full purchase. In case of cancellation of the booking voucher the money will not be refunded, but that can be used for another day or for purchasing another service. Without any penalty full purchase cancellation is available at least 48 hours in advance. If the purchase is canceled no later than 24 hours before the set date, penalty equal to 30% of the service cost will be charged. After that, the whole value of the service is non-refundable in case of purchase, cancellation, as well as without the consent of the service provider. The date can only be changed at least 24 hours before the first day of the service, with the consent of the partner, according to the availability of those days.
