Apricot Yerevan is the second hotel in the Apricot Hotels and Resort chain. The hotel features a warm and traditional Armenian design combined with modern elements, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere.
Its rooms are themed and named after prominent Armenian figures, each offering a small story that adds character and meaning to the stay.
The hotel also offers a relaxing spa area for guests to unwind, as well as a beautiful terrace restaurant where visitors can enjoy delicious meals while taking in stunning views of the city.
We have 25 spacious rooms (30–57 m²) in 5 categories, some of which face Mount Ararat. Each room has a unique theme: it is named after famous Armenian figures and tells a small story to its guests.
Guest comfort is our top priority. That is why our rooms feature high-quality orthopedic mattresses, premium 100% cotton bed linen, and Italian PRIJA care products.
The hotel offers a seasonal rooftop bar and restaurant, “Charles Terrace,” with a stunning view. It also features a spa center where skilled professionals provide a wide range of treatments and massages.
The hotel is located in one of the oldest districts of Yerevan, close to the city center and major attractions such as Republic Square (1.5 km), St. Sargis Vicarial Church (500 m), St. Hovhannes Church (900 m), and the Sergei Parajanov Museum (just next to the hotel).

Flexible Rate Policy
By selecting the Flexible Rate, you agree to the following conditions:
Free Cancellation Period:
In high season (May–October), cancellations are free up to 5 days prior to the check-in date.
In low season (November–April, excluding the New Year period), cancellations are free up to 3 days prior to the check-in date.
Late Cancellation:
Cancellations made after the free cancellation period will incur a fee equal to the first night’s stay. This amount will be automatically charged to the credit/debit card provided as a guarantee.
No-Show Policy:
In case of a no-show (non-arrival without prior notice), 100% of the reservation amount will be charged as a no-show fee.
Non-Refundable Rate Policy
By selecting the Non-Refundable Rate, you agree to the following conditions:
Full Prepayment:
The total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.
No Refunds:
The amount paid is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or modification.
Non-Transferrable:
This reservation cannot be transferred to another person or to different dates.
No Future Credit:
The prepaid amount cannot be used as a deposit or credit for future stays.

ID requirements: for security purposes and in accordance with RA legislation, a valid photo ID (passport or driver’s license) is required at check-in.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians.
