Eagle Guesthouse is located in one of the most beautiful regions of Armenia, Tavush, in one of the cozy corners of Dilijan city, 1.5 km away from the center.
Tavush region and, especially Dilijan is famous for its wonderful forests, historical and cultural centers. Visiting Dilijan, you can fill your day with many hiking trails visiting different places of interest. There are many such places: Haghartsin Monastery, Goshavank, Lake Gosh, Lake Parz, Jukhtak Monastery, Matosavank ....deer park, where you can drink tea made from deer branches.
Eagle Guesthouse has been operating since 2004. For about 16 years we have been trying not to deviate from the path we have chosen in the development of our guest house. The peculiarity of the guest house is that only here you will see our own hand-made items, which make the area even more beautiful. There are many collections, the preferences of each family member have turned into beautiful collections, many of which do not have duplicates.
We have a warm family atmosphere, and all the visitors later become close and dear to us.
The guest house is provided with two or three places, as well as family rooms. The family room is designed for 6 people and is located on the attic floor. The room has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a balcony and 1 bathroom.
In addition to spending the night at the Eagle Guesthouse, you can take part in master classes and tastings conducted by the family members of the guesthouse.

The guest house has a beautiful, well-kept yard, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and spend your day in a pavilion with friends around table games.

The purchase/booking of this service is with CONFIRMATION. Within 24 hours of your purchase/booking, you will receive a confirmation or non-confirmation email.

For kids
Children under 5 year old can spend the night with their parents in a double bed. Children under 5 years old stays for free. The cost of extra-bed for persons 6 year and more is 3000 AMD.
Purchase policy
You can purchase this service in full or book it for a small fee (booking voucher). If you purchase a booking voucher, you pay the rest of the cost of the service of your choice on the spot before providing the service. Please, read carefully about the service information and if necessary, take with you your passport or other identification document (ex. Driving license) and wear appropriate clothes (if it is mentioned on the page of the service). The purchase or booking should be done at least 48 hours in advance. In case of reservations made after that, complications may arise during the organization of the service, and the amount of the reserved service during that period is not refundable, unless otherwise provided in the cancellation policy. You will receive the final confirmation or non-confirmation of the service you purchased by e-mail. Please be careful and arrive in hotel / guesthouse / hostel / resort only in case of final confirmation. If you made the purchase more than 10 days before the date of service, the confirmation or non-confirmation letter will be sent to you 72 hours before the day of service.
Attention: The booking voucher is for one-time use of the service you purchased.
In order to use the service, in case of purchasing both full and booking vouchers, it is necessary to submit the purchase receipt electronically or in print (QR code).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation can be made only in case of full purchase. In case of cancellation of the booking voucher the money will not be refunded, but that can be used for another day or for purchasing another service. Without any penalty full purchase cancellation is available at least 7 days in advance. After that, the whole value of the service is non-refundable in case of purchase, cancellation, as well as without the consent of the service provider. The date can only be changed at least 24 hours before the first day of the service, with the consent of the partner, according to the availability of those days.
