OTEVAN family guest house is located in Dsegh village of Lori. The idea of creating a guest house arose from the demand of tourists visiting the sights of the community to stay overnight in the village for a few days. They did not want to be able to walk around the village in one day, but stay for a few days, relax in the countryside, visit the historical and cultural sites of the region. The guest house is provided with comfortable conditions to enjoy full rural rest and visit historical and cultural sites.
The guest house offers the following services:՝

Purchase policy
You can purchase this service in full or book it for a small fee (booking voucher). If you purchase a booking voucher, you pay the rest of the cost of the service of your choice on the spot before providing the service. Please, read carefully about the service information and if necessary, take with you your passport or other identification document (ex. Driving license) and wear appropriate clothes (if it is mentioned on the page of the service). The purchase or booking should be done at least 48 hours in advance. In case of reservations made after that, complications may arise during the organization of the service, and the amount of the reserved service during that period is not refundable, unless otherwise provided in the cancellation policy. You will receive the final confirmation or non-confirmation of the service you purchased by e-mail. Please be careful and arrive in hotel / guesthouse / hostel / resort only in case of final confirmation. If you made the purchase more than 10 days before the date of service, the confirmation or non-confirmation letter will be sent to you 72 hours before the day of service.
Attention: The booking voucher is for one-time use of the service you purchased.
In order to use the service, in case of purchasing both full and booking vouchers, it is necessary to submit the purchase receipt electronically or in print (QR code).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation can be made only in case of full purchase. In case of cancellation of the booking voucher the money will not be refunded, but that can be used for another day or for purchasing another service. Without any penalty full purchase cancellation is available at least 48 hours in advance. After that, the whole value of the service is non-refundable in case of purchase, cancellation, as well as without the consent of the service provider. The date can only be changed at least 24 hours before the first day of the service, with the consent of the partner, according to the availability of those days. Դսեղը հայ մեծ բանաստեղծ Հովհաննես Թումանյանի ծննդավայրն է, և նրա հայրենի տունը 1969թվին դարձել է տուն-թանգարան: Տուն-թանգարանը գաղափար է տալիս Թումանյան գրողի, հասարական գործչի, նրա ստեղծագործությունների, 19-րդ դարի հայ գյուղական կյանքի մասին:

Սուրբ Գրիգորի եկեղեցի (500m)
Գյուղի կենտրոնում՝ Թումանյանի տուն-թանգարանի հարևանությամբ գտնվում է VII դարի Սուրբ Գրիգորի գործող եկեղեցին։ Դսեղի տարածքի պատմական հուշարձանների գլուխգործոցը Բարձրաքաշ Սուրբ Գրիգորի վանքն է /13-րդ դար/: Այն կառուցվել է Մամիկոնյան իշխանների կողմից, վանքի արևելյան կողմում պատկերված է Մամիկոնյանների տոհմական զինանշանը` ճանկերում գառ պահած երկգլխանի արծիվ: Վանքի համալիրը մեզ է հասել կիսավեր վիճակում, և այն ուսումնասիրող մասնագետները համալիրը համարում են միջնադարյան հայ ճարտարապետության գեղաքանդակ նմուշներից մեկը` արժանի Մամիկոնյան տոհմի հեղինակությանը:

Դսեղի լճեր՝ Ծովեր (m)
Թումանյանի մանկության սիրած վայրերից մեկն անտառային գեղատեսիլ լճակն է, որին ծով չտեսած դսեղցիները ժամանակին անվանել են Ծովեր: Ինչպես Լոռվա ամբողջ բնությունը, այնպես էլ Ծովերը ներշնչանքի աղբյուր են եղել բանաստեղծի համար. ,,Ձախորդ Փանոսը,,, ,,Սուտլիկ որսկանը,, գործերում պատկերված լճերի անվան տակ նկատի ունի Ծովերը:
Սիրուն Խաչ (m)
Սիրուն խաչը դասվում է 13-րդ դարի հայկական խաչքարերի գլուխգործոցների շարքին: Խաչքարը կառուցել են Մամիկոնյանները: Խաչքարի գեղեցկությունը դսեղցիներին իրավունք է տվել անվանել Սիրուն խաչ: Այն 1969 թվին Թումանյանի 100-ամյակի առիթով տարվել է Ֆրանսիա, ցուցադրվել Լուվրում և արժանացել երկրորդ կարգի մրցանակի:
Քառասնից մանկանց վանք (m)
Քառասնից մանկանց վանքը կառուցվել է 13-րդ դարում: Մեզ է հասել վանքի կառուցման պատմությունը՝ Քրիստոնեությունը տարածվում է դաժան հաշվեհարդարի պայմաններում: Կապադովկիայի կայսերական գնդում հայտնաբերում են քառասուն հայ քրիստոնյա պատանիների, որոնք բանակ են զորակոչվել Փոքր Հայքից: Նրանց հարկադրում են ուրանալ իրենց հավատը, խոշտանգում են, բայց նրանք մնում են անսասան: Գիշերով նրանց նետում են սառցակալած լիճը: Սեբաստիայում նրանց հիշատակին կանգնեցվում է քառասուն գմբեթ ունեցող եկեղեցի: Ի հիշատակ նահատակների՝ Դսեղում կառուցված վանքին տվել են «Քառասնից մանկանց վանք» անունը:

Գյուղի կենտրոնում է գտնվում Լոռու ամենահին գերեզմանոցներից մեկը՝ Միջնադարյան գերեզմանոցը, որտեղ պահպանվել և մեզ են հասել Քառակող կոթողը, Խաչելության խաչքարը, ևս մի քանի պահպանված ամբողջական խաչքարեր, խաչքարային բազմաթիվ բեկորներ, հարյուրավոր խաչքարերի թափուր պատվանդաններ և ավերված Միանավ եկեղեցի:
