"Sochut" rest house, founded in 1955, is located in Gyulagarak village, Lori region, Republic of Armenia, in the heart of a natural deer-pine forest.
Adjacent to the rest house there is the most beautiful botanical garden in the country, Dendropark, where the guests of the rest house can take a walk and enjoy the healing air and wonderful nature of the pine forest.
«"Sochut" rest house offers to use comfortable, nicely furnished 46 rooms, restaurant, bar, conference hall, sauna, football, volleyball fields, other entertainment opportunities to make your vacation more interesting and complete.
The resort, which has a history of decades, still welcomes everyone who wants to be healthy, have a perfect rest, be close to nature.
«The restaurant of "Sochut" rest house offers three meals a day to the guests. Breakfast at the buffet, and lunch: dinner according to the seasonal menu of the guest's choice. We serve famous dishes of Armenian and European cuisines, as well as chef's dishes, which satisfy the needs of even the most capricious visitors. A children's menu is provided for younger guests. In the restaurant it is possible to organize weddings, festive banquets.
In the bar you can have fun with friends and family, enjoy cocktails, tea and coffee, delicious desserts and ice cream. A wide selection of alcoholic beverages - rum, whiskey, brandy, vodka and beer - is offered. Warm summer evenings on our kind cozy balcony are especially pleasant.
We have a modern sauna, where you can completely get rid of everyday worries and unwind. It will help you to get rid of stress by feeling the invigorating power of a real sauna, to get a lot of energy and vitality. In today's fast-paced world, a sauna is one of the best ways to prevent stress. All our rooms are equipped with delicate and white linen, and cotton towels and hygiene items are waiting for the guests in the bathrooms

Purchase policy
You can purchase this service in full or book it for a small fee (booking voucher). If you purchase a booking voucher, you pay the rest of the cost of the service of your choice on the spot before providing the service. Please, read carefully about the service information and if necessary, take with you your passport or other identification document (ex. Driving license) and wear appropriate clothes (if it is mentioned on the page of the service). The purchase or booking should be done at least 48 hours in advance. In case of reservations made after that, complications may arise during the organization of the service, and the amount of the reserved service during that period is not refundable, unless otherwise provided in the cancellation policy. You will receive the final confirmation or non-confirmation of the service you purchased by e-mail. Please be careful and arrive in hotel / guesthouse / hostel / resort only in case of final confirmation. If you made the purchase more than 10 days before the date of service, the confirmation or non-confirmation letter will be sent to you 72 hours before the day of service.
Attention: The booking voucher is for one-time use of the service you purchased.
In order to use the service, in case of purchasing both full and booking vouchers, it is necessary to submit the purchase receipt electronically or in print (QR code).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation can be made only in case of full purchase. In case of cancellation of the booking voucher the money will not be refunded, but that can be used for another day or for purchasing another service. Without any penalty full purchase cancellation is available at least 48 hours in advance. After that, the whole value of the service is non-refundable in case of purchase, cancellation, as well as without the consent of the service provider. The date can only be changed at least 24 hours before the first day of the service, with the consent of the partner, according to the availability of those days.
