Guest House "Old Dili" is located in one of the most picturesque cities of the Republic of Armenia - Dilijan. The guest house is built in the center of the city, next to the complex Old Dilijan Tufenkian, on Sharambeyan Street. It is a small two-storey house for 2-3 people. On the first floor is a living room, kitchen area with all amenities: bathroom, and on the second floor is a double bedroom with access to the balcony. There are all necessities for guests: towels, bathroom accessories: soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers (all disposable). The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking. For the comfort of guests in the house has a TV with Ucom channels and high-speed Wi-Fi. Also there is a constant hot and cold water, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, if necessary crib is provided, and for the third person we add a single bed, which is included in the price.
After the departure of each guest, the house is disinfected with the appropriate standards and materials, for longer stays, the cleaner cleans the area every three days.
Food is not included in the price, and at this time we do not provide it at all. There is a kitchen in the cottage where guests can cook for themselves, otherwise we have quite a few restaurant areas nearby (Yesayan restaurant, Maestro, Kcuch, River House, Dilijan Old Pub, Cafe #2, Karahounge, etc.).
Old Dili guest house is close to the city park, city center and amphitheater. Nearby is a monument to Mimino, five statues symbolizing the 50th anniversary of the Soviet Union. Near the city there are a number of monastery complexes: Haghartsin, Goshavank, Dzhukhtak monastery, Matosavank churches. Not far from the town there is a lake Parz, a beautiful place where you can not only enjoy nature, but also spend a beautiful time.
The house is completely made of 9 types of wood, but the main wood is pine, which smells the most in the house. We have a barbecue and shashlik supplies, as well as a pavilion in the garden, where you can spend a pleasant evening.

The purchase/booking of this service is with CONFIRMATION. Within 24 hours of your purchase/booking, you will receive a confirmation or non-confirmation email.
- In case of a complete purchase, a few minutes after the purchase is made and the platform receives a confirmation letter, from your bank card/wallet the full amount of the service will be charged.
- In case of purchasing a booking voucher, a few minutes after making the purchase and receiving the confirmation letter from the platform, funds will be charged from your bank card/wallet in the amount of the voucher.
Attention.When purchasing a booking voucher, the bank card/wallet you entered is attached to the bank and is kept confidential. How are cleaning and disinfection works carried out?
After the departure of each guest, the guesthouse is disinfected with appropriate standards and materials, in case of long-term stay, the cleaner cleans the area every third day.
Purchase policy
You can purchase this service in full or book it for a small fee (booking voucher). If you purchase a booking voucher, you pay the rest of the cost of the service of your choice on the spot before providing the service. Please, read carefully about the service information and if necessary, take with you your passport or other identification document (ex. Driving license) and wear appropriate clothes (if it is mentioned on the page of the service). The purchase or booking should be done at least 48 hours in advance. In case of reservations made after that, complications may arise during the organization of the service, and the amount of the reserved service during that period is not refundable, unless otherwise provided in the cancellation policy. You will receive the final confirmation or non-confirmation of the service you purchased by e-mail. Please be careful and arrive in hotel / guesthouse / hostel / resort only in case of final confirmation. If you made the purchase more than 10 days before the date of service, the confirmation or non-confirmation letter will be sent to you 72 hours before the day of service.
Attention: The booking voucher is for one-time use of the service you purchased.
In order to use the service, in case of purchasing both full and booking vouchers, it is necessary to submit the purchase receipt electronically or in print (QR code).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation can be made only in case of full purchase. In case of cancellation of the booking voucher the money will not be refunded, but that can be used for another day or for purchasing another service. Without any penalty full purchase cancellation is available at least 72 hours in advance. After that, the whole value of the service is non-refundable in case of purchase, cancellation, as well as without the consent of the service provider. The date can only be changed at least 24 hours before the first day of the service, with the consent of the partner, according to the availability of those days.
