Chalet Gyumri is built with a rich construction approach with rich historical and cultural traditions. Place is not chosen randomly: in the middle of the old and new, post-earthquake neighborhoods of the city, in the former landfill, as if uniting the old and the new. After cleaning the huge garbage dumps for several years, it turned green and turned into a real oasis. The complex, built from rubble collected from the ruins of the 1988 earthquake and made of polished stones with a history of more than 150 years, made of wood and metal forged by old blacksmiths, soon became one of the most important business cards in Gyumri. The chalet is fully furnished with furniture made by the old craftsmen of Gyumri (Alexandropol). The complex houses one of the largest collections of old photographs, dozens of rare photographs of which have been placed on the walls of the complex hall and library. The wooden, comfortable and uniquely furnished living rooms of the complex welcome guests from different countries, and dozens of musicians have shot their videos in the dining hall. The complex also has a playground, a shop for items made by local craftsmen. Adjacent to Chale Gyumri is the farm of the same name, where the families of Van cats, Armenian gampr shepherds, cows, sheep and chickens live side by side in comfortable conditions.

The purchase/booking of this service is with CONFIRMATION. Within 24 hours of your purchase/booking, you will receive a confirmation or non-confirmation email.
- In case of a complete purchase, a few minutes after the purchase is made and the platform receives a confirmation letter, from your bank card/wallet the full amount of the service will be charged.
- In case of purchasing a booking voucher, a few minutes after making the purchase and receiving the confirmation letter from the platform, funds will be charged from your bank card/wallet in the amount of the voucher.

Purchase policy
You can buy the service fully or book it by paying little money (booking voucher). If you purchase a booking voucher, you pay the rest of the cost of the service of your choice on the spot before providing the service.
Please, read carefully about the service information and if necessary, take with you your passport or other identification document (ex. Driving license) and wear appropriate clothes (if it is mentioned on the page of the service).
The purchase or booking should be done at least 48 hours in advance. In case of reservations made after that, complications may arise during the organization of the service, and the amount of the reserved service during that period is not refundable, unless otherwise provided in the cancellation policy. You will receive the final confirmation or non-confirmation of the service you purchased by e-mail. Please be careful and arrive at the place of service/office only in case of final confirmation. If you made the purchase more than 10 days before the date of service, the confirmation or non-confirmation letter will be sent to you 72 hours before the day of service.
Attention: The booking voucher is for one-time use of the service you purchased.
In order to use the service, in case of purchasing both full and booking vouchers, it is necessary to submit the purchase receipt electronically or in print (QR code).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation can be made only in case of full purchase. In case of cancellation of the booking voucher the money will not be refunded, but that can be used for another day or for purchasing another service.
Without any penalty full purchase cancellation is available at least 48 hours in advance. After that, the whole value of the service is non-refundable in case of purchase, cancellation, as well as without the consent of the service provider. The date can only be changed at least 24 hours before the first day of the service, with the consent of the partner, according to the availability of those days.
