The unique atmosphere and furniture of "Hay Aspet" guest house located at 53 Shiraz Street, Gyumri is a wonderful place, a unique opportunity to organize high-quality rest and various events. This is also a unique place to have a unique series of photos taken by a professional photographer.
The guest house opened in 2018, immediately becoming one of the business cards of the city. It is distinguished by its unique, hospitable atmosphere, which is more reminiscent of a Gyumri parental home than just a place to spend the night. The guest house building of 1870 is included in the list of "Kumayri" reserve-museum in Gyumri, it is located only 3 minutes walk from the Central Square of the city. It can be reached quickly, easily from the city railway, bus station. In the immediate vicinity of the building are H. Shiraz and Av. Isahakyan's house-museums, as well as Mher Mkrtchyan's museum, ancient churches, Shirak diocese, central square, Ryzhkov avenue with its charm, entertainment places, "October" cinema built in 1924, central park and other interesting places. There are also various high-end shops, pharmacies, beauty salons, dental centers nearby. The street is renovated and illuminated.
After two years of renovation, the building has retained its 150-year-old face and charm, while receiving all modern conveniences. The house is interesting with its history. It is one of the oldest houses in the city, which served as a headquarters during the Russo-Turkish war, as evidenced by the weapons found. The house consists of two separate floors: "Knight" and "Byzantine Princess" with their bedrooms, bathrooms, living room-kitchen. The guest house is furnished with vintage furniture, equipped with all modern equipment: refrigerator, microwave, iron, hairdryer. Crib and baby linen is provided. Adult linen is embroidered.
The area has a video surveillance system outside, there are fire and security systems inside. Immediately before the arrival of each guest, the whole area is disinfected, regardless of the presence of coronavirus. Hygiene items are provided, such as three towels for each guest, bathrobes, and bath slippers by gender. A light banquet table awaits the guest upon arrival. There is even an artificial waterfall to cool off in the summer heat and meditate. Each room has a TV in the common room, free Wi-Fi. The guest house can accommodate up to 7 guests at a time.

Purchase policy
You can purchase this service in full or book it for a small fee (booking voucher). If you purchase a booking voucher, you pay the rest of the cost of the service of your choice on the spot before providing the service. Please, read carefully about the service information and if necessary, take with you your passport or other identification document (ex. Driving license) and wear appropriate clothes (if it is mentioned on the page of the service). The purchase or booking should be done at least 48 hours in advance. In case of reservations made after that, complications may arise during the organization of the service, and the amount of the reserved service during that period is not refundable, unless otherwise provided in the cancellation policy. You will receive the final confirmation or non-confirmation of the service you purchased by e-mail. Please be careful and arrive in hotel / guesthouse / hostel / resort only in case of final confirmation. If you made the purchase more than 10 days before the date of service, the confirmation or non-confirmation letter will be sent to you 72 hours before the day of service.
Attention: The booking voucher is for one-time use of the service you purchased.
In order to use the service, in case of purchasing both full and booking vouchers, it is necessary to submit the purchase receipt electronically or in print (QR code).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation can be made only in case of full purchase. In case of cancellation of the booking voucher the money will not be refunded, but that can be used for another day or for purchasing another service. Without any penalty full purchase cancellation is available at least 48 hours in advance. If the purchase is canceled no later than 24 hours before the set date, penalty equal to 30% of the service cost will be charged. After that, the whole value of the service is non-refundable in case of purchase, cancellation, as well as without the consent of the service provider. The date can only be changed at least 24 hours before the first day of the service, with the consent of the partner, according to the availability of those days.
