Loft Hostel Gyumri is ready to receive its first guests. Being a regional development program, we aim to create entertainment centers for youth and cultural self-development in different cities of Armenia. As part of the program, we started offering overnight services. This is aimed at promoting both the development of inbound tourism and properly welcoming the guests of our country. Our hostel is located 3.1 km away from Shirak airport.
What is Loft?
Loft literally translates as roof. The "loft" direction originated in the 1940s in the industrial districts of New York. Another rise in land prices in the city center forced those with industrial land to leave their businesses and move to the suburbs. The buildings of the abandoned factories became more attractive to the representatives of the bohemians. Both the functionality of the buildings (high ceilings, good lighting) and the relatively low rental prices were convenient. Nearly 30 years later, lofts have come to be regarded as one of the best places for hotel and leisure services.
Loft in Gyumri
In the central part of the city, on the facade of a three-story building, English letters began to shine in colorful, large letters, incomprehensible, but at the same time inviting and mysterious. The abundance of colors here is noticeable immediately after entering the area. Sofas and bookcases full of family warmth, spacious kitchen, piano in the corner of the hall and percussion instruments in the foreground, plenty of light through large windows and people of all ages and genders talking, working, singing, playing in every corner.

The regional center of the Shirak region of Armenia, the city of Gyumri, is the second largest in the Republic. Gyumri "Shirak" airport is about 5 km away from the city. It is an airport of local significance, serving such destinations as Moscow, Rostov-on-Don, Sochi, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Athens and German Semingen.

Purchase policy
You can purchase this service in full or book it for a small fee (booking voucher). If you purchase a booking voucher, you pay the rest of the cost of the service of your choice on the spot before providing the service. Please, read carefully about the service information and if necessary, take with you your passport or other identification document (ex. Driving license) and wear appropriate clothes (if it is mentioned on the page of the service). The purchase or booking should be done at least 48 hours in advance. In case of reservations made after that, complications may arise during the organization of the service, and the amount of the reserved service during that period is not refundable, unless otherwise provided in the cancellation policy. You will receive the final confirmation or non-confirmation of the service you purchased by e-mail. Please be careful and arrive in hotel / guesthouse / hostel / resort only in case of final confirmation. If you made the purchase more than 10 days before the date of service, the confirmation or non-confirmation letter will be sent to you 72 hours before the day of service.
Attention: The booking voucher is for one-time use of the service you purchased.
In order to use the service, in case of purchasing both full and booking vouchers, it is necessary to submit the purchase receipt electronically or in print (QR code).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation can be made only in case of full purchase. In case of cancellation of the booking voucher the money will not be refunded, but that can be used for another day or for purchasing another service. Without any penalty full purchase cancellation is available at least 48 hours in advance. If the purchase is canceled no later than 24 hours before the set date, penalty equal to 30% of the service cost will be charged. After that, the whole value of the service is non-refundable in case of purchase, cancellation, as well as without the consent of the service provider. The date can only be changed at least 24 hours before the first day of the service, with the consent of the partner, according to the availability of those days.
