The guest house is located in the cozy corner of Ijevan, from where a wonderful view describing the color of Ijevan opens. You can have your morning coffee on the open balcony, enjoying the natural song of the Aghst River and our homemade pastries. To the right of the guest house is the Prelacy of the Tavush Diocese, as soon as we cross the street, we find ourselves in Ijevan Park where a stone symposium is displayed.
By the way, to make your vacation more interesting, if you wish, you can take part in master classes in puppetry, handicrafts՝ helium making, embroidery, carpet weavingglass painting,, as well as making pizza with mushrooms.
In case of staying for more than three days, we will serve free of charge only Tumanyan gata prepared with us, with Ijanyan jam, nuts and raisins.
We offer three different rooms with the following conditions:
Double room with two separate beds - bathtub, hot-cold water, hygiene items: soap, toothbrush, shampoo, liquid soap, slipper.
Double room with one common bed - bath, hot / cold water, hygiene items: soap, toothbrush, shampoo, liquid soap, slipper.
Family room - hall, kitchen, two bedrooms, separate balcony. We also provide hygiene items. Free cots for children under 6 years old.
Breakfast is included in the room rate. If the guest stays a few days, the breakfast menu is not the same. It includes: per person:
- Homemade eggs - 2 pieces
- two types of cheese
- butter Anchor
- bread: white, lavash
- jam
- Instant coffee, thyme and mint tea.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
The purchase/booking of this service is with CONFIRMATION. Within 24 hours of your purchase/booking, you will receive a confirmation or non-confirmation email.
- In case of a complete purchase, a few minutes after the purchase is made and the platform receives a confirmation letter, from your bank card/wallet the full amount of the service will be charged.
- In case of purchasing a booking voucher, a few minutes after making the purchase and receiving the confirmation letter from the platform, funds will be charged from your bank card/wallet in the amount of the voucher.
Attention.When purchasing a booking voucher, the bank card/wallet you entered is attached to the bank and is kept confidential. In case of violation of the terms of free cancellation of the service or failure to appear without the consent of the service provider, the Coordinator (platform) has the right to charge funds from the attached card/wallet in the amount of the appropriate penalty.

For kids
Children under 2 year old can spend the night with their parents in a double bed or we will provide a free crib. Children under 5 years old stays for free. The cost of extra-bed for persons 6 year and more is 5000 AMD including breakfast.
Purchase policy
You can purchase this service in full or book it for a small fee (booking voucher). If you purchase a booking voucher, you pay the rest of the cost of the service of your choice on the spot before providing the service. Please, read carefully about the service information and if necessary, take with you your passport or other identification document (ex. Driving license) and wear appropriate clothes (if it is mentioned on the page of the service). The purchase or booking should be done at least 48 hours in advance. In case of reservations made after that, complications may arise during the organization of the service, and the amount of the reserved service during that period is not refundable, unless otherwise provided in the cancellation policy. You will receive the final confirmation or non-confirmation of the service you purchased by e-mail. Please be careful and arrive in hotel / guesthouse / hostel / resort only in case of final confirmation. If you made the purchase more than 10 days before the date of service, the confirmation or non-confirmation letter will be sent to you 72 hours before the day of service.
Attention: The booking voucher is for one-time use of the service you purchased.
In order to use the service, in case of purchasing both full and booking vouchers, it is necessary to submit the purchase receipt electronically or in print (QR code).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation can be made only in case of full purchase. In case of cancellation of the booking voucher the money will not be refunded, but that can be used for another day or for purchasing another service. Without any penalty full purchase cancellation is available at least 48 hours in advance. If the purchase is canceled no later than 24 hours before the set date, penalty equal to 30% of the service cost will be charged. After that, the whole value of the service is non-refundable in case of purchase, cancellation, as well as without the consent of the service provider. The date can only be changed at least 24 hours before the first day of the service, with the consent of the partner, according to the availability of those days.
