The idea of creating a recreation area
There is no shortage of recreation areas in Armenia today, but in reality, it is difficult to find an environment of family recreation where you can find complete harmony. Most people are at peace with nature, but today most of the recreation areas in nature are more in opposition to nature than in harmony with nature.
By establishing the Green House recreation area in the forest, we aimed to create a recreation culture that would teach people to relax in nature without damaging it. We have tried to create an environment where people and culture will not oppose nature, but will coexist with each other.
Realizing the growing technological dangers to man, culture, and nature, as well as the desire to combine culture and nature, I created a recreation area with my family under the Green House brand, in which "Green" symbolizes nature, the hope of new life, "Home "symbolizes family, family warmth and hospitality, and the motto of the recreation area is "Feel the part of nature".
Location of the recreation area
The "Green House" recreation area is located in the north-western part of Yenokavan community, which is considered a tourist center, in the dense deciduous forest of Tavush. The area of the recreation area is beautiful, rich in oak, oak, various fruit trees, flowers and herbs. Yell Extreme Park and Lastiver Desert tourist centers, which are of great interest for tourism, are nearby, and the Makaravank Monastery, a 13th century cultural monument, is 30 km away.
The recreation area is located 142 km from the city of Yerevan, and 12 km from the regional center of Ijevan, which can be reached by the Yerevan-Ijevan M4 highway, and from the city of Ijevan, to the north-west by the asphalt road leading to Yenokavan community. The recreation area can be reached from Yenokavan community both on foot and by all kinds of cars, after passing 1.3 km from the central part of the community in the north-eastern direction by a land-covered road. 2 hours away from the capital of Armenia and Yerevan and 2.5 hours away from the capital of Georgia Tbilisi. The "Green House" is a real paradise for those who want to combine a warm family atmosphere and ecological environment.
The green house offers overnight cottages or eco cottages. The three wooden cottages, furnished with modern, loft furniture, offer a beautiful view of nature, and at night, around the bonfire, our guests admire the view of the remote Ijevan community. And the wooden eco house with a transparent roof, which is unique in the region, is a unique business card of the recreation area for tourists, especially for loving couples and friends, who want to enjoy the night together under the starry sky.

Children under 4 year old can spend the night with their parents in a double bed Or we will provide a crib for free. Children under 4 years old stays for free. The cost of extra-bed for persons 5 year and more is 6000 AMD including breakfast.
Purchase policy
You can purchase this service in full or book it for a small fee (booking voucher). If you purchase a booking voucher, you pay the rest of the cost of the service of your choice on the spot before providing the service. Please, read carefully about the service information and if necessary, take with you your passport or other identification document (ex. Driving license) and wear appropriate clothes (if it is mentioned on the page of the service). The purchase or booking should be done at least 48 hours in advance. In case of reservations made after that, complications may arise during the organization of the service, and the amount of the reserved service during that period is not refundable, unless otherwise provided in the cancellation policy. You will receive the final confirmation or non-confirmation of the service you purchased by e-mail. Please be careful and arrive in hotel / guesthouse / hostel / resort only in case of final confirmation. If you made the purchase more than 10 days before the date of service, the confirmation or non-confirmation letter will be sent to you 72 hours before the day of service.
Attention: The booking voucher is for one-time use of the service you purchased.
In order to use the service, in case of purchasing both full and booking vouchers, it is necessary to submit the purchase receipt electronically or in print (QR code).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation can be made only in case of full purchase. In case of cancellation of the booking voucher the money will not be refunded, but that can be used for another day or for purchasing another service. Without any penalty full purchase cancellation is available at least 48 hours in advance. If the purchase is canceled no later than 24 hours before the set date, penalty equal to 30% of the service cost will be charged. After that, the whole value of the service is non-refundable in case of purchase, cancellation, as well as without the consent of the service provider. The date can only be changed at least 24 hours before the first day of the service, with the consent of the partner, according to the availability of those days.
