Konjelazia B&B / Tourism & Design is located in the second largest city in Armenia, Gyumri, in a neoclassical building built in the 19th century. Max, an Italian, and his wife Mariam, rebuilt the house in an ancient, modern style. Here you can feel the color of old Gyumri with nuances of Italian style. We offer you comfortable rooms, delicious homemade food և outdoor pavilion.
About the building
This building was the historical residence of General Preskuryakov during the war between the Russian and Ottoman Empires. The wooden ceiling has been restored, preserving its originality, the tuff stones have been cleaned, as if it has breathed new life. Admire some original neoclassical frescoes that are more than 150 years old. Gorgeous are the big 4-meter arches that go up to the ceiling. The furniture is made in a minimalist style.
