On October 31, 2019, the Old Gyumri Family Guest House opened its hospitable doors in Gyumri. The guest house was built in 1903 and was completely renovated and furnished in 2019. A unique environment has been created to breathe the breath of old Gyumri. Adhering to the pre-chosen name, the initiators did their best to make each guest entering the guest house feel the unique style of Gyumri, the ancient spirit with modern solutions. The guest house is tastefully furnished with restrained and harmonious colors of Gyumri. It has everything you need for family warmth, cleanliness, and rest. Those who prefer to stand out under the comfortable beautiful floor reminiscent of a hearth, the doors of the Old Gyumri guest house are open to them.
The motto of the guest house is Modern comfort in the XIX century building. The old Gyumri guest house also has its special logo. The guest house is designed for up to 4 (+1) people, regardless of the number of guests.

The old Gyumri family guest house has one living room, one bedroom, one shower room, a kitchen area. The hotel is designed for up to 4 (+1) people, regardless of the number of guests, the hotel is provided in full. There is a large double bed in the bedroom and a large double sofa bed in the living room with its own bedding. If necessary, it is possible to add one cot for free. It should be noted that all the furniture in the kitchen, living room and bedroom, as well as the luxurious chandeliers are made of pure natural wood with antique eggs.

Purchase policy
You can purchase this service in full or book it for a small fee (booking voucher). If you purchase a booking voucher, you pay the rest of the cost of the service of your choice on the spot before providing the service. Please, read carefully about the service information and if necessary, take with you your passport or other identification document (ex. Driving license) and wear appropriate clothes (if it is mentioned on the page of the service). The purchase or booking should be done at least 48 hours in advance. In case of reservations made after that, complications may arise during the organization of the service, and the amount of the reserved service during that period is not refundable, unless otherwise provided in the cancellation policy. You will receive the final confirmation or non-confirmation of the service you purchased by e-mail. Please be careful and arrive in hotel / guesthouse / hostel / resort only in case of final confirmation. If you made the purchase more than 10 days before the date of service, the confirmation or non-confirmation letter will be sent to you 72 hours before the day of service.
Attention: The booking voucher is for one-time use of the service you purchased.
In order to use the service, in case of purchasing both full and booking vouchers, it is necessary to submit the purchase receipt electronically or in print (QR code).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation can be made only in case of full purchase. In case of cancellation of the booking voucher the money will not be refunded, but that can be used for another day or for purchasing another service. Without any penalty full purchase cancellation is available at least 48 hours in advance. If the purchase is canceled no later than 24 hours before the set date, penalty equal to 30% of the service cost will be charged. After that, the whole value of the service is non-refundable in case of purchase, cancellation, as well as without the consent of the service provider. The date can only be changed at least 24 hours before the first day of the service, with the consent of the partner, according to the availability of those days.
